From the private balcony there is a wonderful wide view of the coast from treasure island up to the end of sand key. Dolphins are often spotted in the sea in front. We have already booked in ocean sands for next winter but it certainly is not this unit. The condo is suitable for families couples and groups of friends.

We been coming to madeira beach for 12 years in row now and we ve been in ocean sands about 7 or 8 years. It receives direct sunshine from about 2pm the sunsets are often spectacular. Cycles are carried free of charge on the beach trolley which goes by the condo every half hour from clearwater beach to st pete s beach and beyond and stops just outside ocean sands. The free open bus travels half hourly through all madeira beach and stops upon hailing.

We love madeira beach and ocean sands condos great pool beach and sunsets but this unit is way over priced for what it offers compared to others. Ocean sands 504 is a beautiful newly renovated studio right on the white sands of madeira beach. This condo is the best one we ve stayed. It was clean when we arrived just as listed.

Enjoy our fabulous sunsets on your private fifth floor balcony. This condo is great.
