Ceramic braces can treat exactly the same type of orthodontic problems as traditional fixed braces. Ceramic braces clear aligners and lingual braces all offer varying degrees of invisibility in their treatment design but they also come with their own limitations. However they re able to treat the same type of complex malocclusions and help correct bad bites.

They re made of strong white composite materials and generally do not stain. As ceramic braces share a design with traditional metal braces they actually function in the same way although treatment times may be lengthier due to the extra friction in the system. They work in the same way as metal braces but use tooth coloured brackets and wires. They are very good for correcting teeth that are overcrowded or which have unwanted spaces in between them or teeth that are rotated or protrusive.
